Are They Timely? is a free tool provided by Nature's Kiss Oklahoma. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What it does

It checks a number against a copy of DEA's public Medical Marijuana Timely Applicant list. DEA's list has no company names, so this tool can't show who holds a number.

Provided as is, with no guarantee

This tool is free and provided as is. It can be wrong, out of date or unavailable, and we make no promise that it is accurate or complete. Always confirm with DEA.

What a result is not

A result isn't a DEA registration, approval or license, and it isn't legal advice. It doesn't replace any check DEA or your state requires, including checking DEA's own site and keeping your partner's DEA confirmation and state license.

You're responsible for your own compliance

You decide who you do business with, and you're responsible for your own records and for following the law. Don't rely on this tool alone.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nature's Kiss Oklahoma isn't responsible for any loss or claim that comes from using this site, a PDF it makes, or anyone relying on a result.

Names and files you add

We don't check any name you type. Files you attach stay on your device and go into your PDF. Don't use this tool to misrepresent yourself or anyone else.

What we keep

We keep a copy of DEA's list for each day, and daily counts of how often the site is used, including how many checks happen. We don't keep the numbers you check, your files or your IP address. Cloudflare, which runs the site, may keep its own logs.
